FORMS OF PAYMENT  

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your appointment.  Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo, or Gift Certificate purchased by us. No checks accepted.

LATE POLICY 

Please make every effort to be present at the desired location for your appointment. A late charge of $5.00 per 15 minutes will be added to your service tab. Should tardiness exceed 30 minutes, rescheduling will be necessary.  No Exceptions will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make every effort to honor your appointment. Should you need cancel, please do so NO LESS than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Clients who either cancel a booked service, or cancel their appointment in it's entirety outside the 48-hour advance period will be charged 50% of that/those service(s) booked. No Exceptions will be made.

*** Clients who exhibit a pattern of canceling booked services will be banned from future bookings at our discretion. 

NO SHOW POLICY

"NO-SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. No-Shows will not be serviced in the future. No Exceptions will be made.

*WHEN POSSIBLE PLEASE HAVE PREVIOUS HAIR STYLE TAKEN DOWN PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. TAKE-DOWN SERVICES START AT 70.00 AND MUST BE REQUESTED IN THE "COMMENTS" SECTION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING .

* FOR SERVICING BEFORE 7 A.M. OR AFTER 5 P.M. ADD 60.00 TO TOTAL PRICE OF SERVICES

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS/PARKING FEES

Parking arrangements/fees must be  provided/paid by the client before services are provided.
